The Challenge
Orbit Wellness possessed an incredible consumer product, but they were invisible on Google. Entering the highly regulated and saturated supplement market, their Shopify domain was handicapped by a botched migration that generated hundreds of 404 errors, conflicting canonical tags, and a severely bloated DOM that punished their Core Web Vitals. Competing with billion-dollar pharma companies for top-funnel keywords seemed impossible.
The Strategy
We ignored top-funnel vanity queries. Instead, we architected a mid-funnel content moat. We mapped out 6 core "Topic Clusters" designed to capture highly specific, intent-driven queries (e.g., "bioavailable magnesium for sleep recovery" rather than just "magnesium supplements"). Before writing a single word, our engineering team conducted a fatal-level technical SEO sprint to strip out 2MB of unused JavaScript and repair the indexing pipeline.
The Execution
Over 6 months, we deployed 80+ technically flawless editorial articles mapped strictly to the cluster architecture. Every article fed internal PageRank directly to the core product PDPs. Simultaneously, we launched an aggressive digital PR campaign, securing high-DA backlinks from established wellness authoritative publications. By month 8, Orbit had entirely bypassed their enterprise competitors, securing 42 separate #1 rankings and stabilizing at 34,000 highly qualified organic sessions monthly.
